Choose any caterer, bring in outside food, or utilize the kitchen space. Hire bar service or bring in your own non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages.

Room layout can be pre-determined and set up by One Twenty Six. Set up of decor or changes in room layout is the responsibility of the renter.

Event clean up is the responsibility of the renter before final check-out time.
*Tables and chairs are not included in clean up requirement.
